The annual plan covers everything that keeps your station running reliably in the field: cellular data transmission, cloud storage, remote diagnostics, and firmware updates delivered automatically over the air.
What’s included:
Data & Connectivity Your station transmits over 4G/LTE using a managed SIM — no separate data plan, no carrier contracts. Weather data, imagery, and sensor readings are delivered continuously to the PIXWeather platform and your mobile app.
Cloud Storage All images and weather data are stored securely in the cloud and accessible from anywhere via the PIXWeather app on iOS and Android. Historical records are retained throughout your active subscription.
Remote Support Direct access to the PIXWeather team for technical questions, configuration changes, and troubleshooting. Most issues are resolved remotely without any need to visit the site.
Software & Firmware Updates Your station receives ongoing updates automatically — new features, performance improvements, and compatibility updates are pushed over the air as they become available.
Monitoring & Diagnostics Station health is monitored continuously. If something needs attention, we catch it early and reach out proactively.
The first year is included with your hardware purchase. This subscription activates automatically at the one-year anniversary of your order.
